Harry Potter and the Endless Line

This past Friday, June 18th, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened at the Universal Orlando Resort. This much anticipated attraction has gained a lot of attention with all the promotions and interviews that have going. Dan Radcliffe and some other stars of the Harry Potter series got an early look on the park. Dan gave his seal of approval saying "wanted to know it was being done properly", and that the creators had "done the most fantastic job".

Before the park opened aerial shots showed about 5000 people in line waiting to get in. On Twitter, Facebook, and other social networking sites people began to joke and called the park "Harry Potter and the Endless Line"

Dan Radcliffe was joined by fellow actors Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore), Warwick Davis (Filius Flitwick), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley). All they actors met all the fans and at some points were walking around with park with some of the younger fans.

In the BBC News online article, Bill Davis, president of Universal Orlando Resort is quoted saying "We have brought to life a cultural phenomenon that has captured the hearts and minds of millions of people around the world."
